I was trying to find a hotel near Pulo Gebang Terminal and got there at 10 PM, but they rejected my reservation. I'd booked through Traveloka, and was told payment hadn't come through. That's incredibly harmful to the customer, and this seems to be an issue with Traveloka/Oyo. Don't be fooled by the apartment listing. It should be taken down. This is a SCAM.

They turned me away after I had booked and paid. They said the advertised price was wrong and that they no longer worked with OYO because OYO hadn't paid the hotel. Please take this listing down so nobody else gets caught out.

Don't book through Oyo or Agoda, since they no longer work with the parties involved. Even after paying, getting your money back is very difficult. It's a real headache.

The app showed one price, but when we arrived they asked for up to 200,000 Rupiah more. They said we could complain to the app if we didn't agree. Why tell us to complain instead of sorting out the pricing themselves? This feels like a scam.

Oh Allah, please have the admin close this place's ad so it doesn't leave any more people as victims.
