There’s plenty of delicious food here, which I really like. But watch out for the security staff. They seem focused on getting money from visitors and can be arrogant. They should remember that customers and visitors are the ones paying their salaries.

I love the pool here. The place is really fun, and you can buy snacks or medicine on site.

I stay in this apartment on weekdays to avoid the exhausting commute from my home in Depok. It’s more than ten years old, I think. Most shared areas are kept in decent shape, though some parts of the basement parking and the garbage collection areas on each floor could use attention. The pool is clean and has recently been refurbished, and the gym has good equipment, though you have to pay to use it. Access cards are required for almost all areas, so the security system is good. The location is a real draw, close to China Town, Old City of Jakarta, and lots of entertainment spots. I’ve seen temporary residents from abroad, mostly Chinese and some Indian.

Being close to public transportation is the only real plus for me. I rented here for a month and was disappointed. They charge a maintenance fee, but the garbage area is filthy and full of cockroaches, which even got into my apartment. I complained and management didn’t care. The smell throughout the building is awful. You also have to pay 200k a month for the gym, and it looks dirty, outdated, and broken in several places. Not worth it.
