There was plenty of room to rest in the 2 and 3 bedroom units, and we used the laundry service during our stay. The range of facilities is huge, including a sauna, jacuzzi, gym, billiard, infinity pool, gym pool, yoga space, library, basketball court, playground, salon and cafe. Permata Hijau Suites is well located for Senayan and SCBD, and the price was reasonable. I really enjoyed staying there. Our room was clean and quiet, the air conditioning worked well, and the front desk staff were all friendly. I'd recommend this apartment.

The apartment's other facilities are comfortable, but the laundry service was really poor. It took 4-5 days, the schedule wasn't clear, and responses were slow. Sometimes someone else's clothes ended up in my laundry. I hope the management team improves this service.

The marketing team was helpful and polite, and the price per square meter is very reasonable. Still, the road outside floods when it rains, and the location is far from public transport and entertainment. I wouldn't choose to stay here again in the near future.

When the GM of marketing received complaints, she would block you. Meeting with her in person to try to resolve an issue only made things worse because of her attitude. They don't care about customer safety, so I'd spend my money somewhere else.

A nice place to live or invest, with plenty of amenities: a gym area, spa room, swimming pools, whirlpool, sauna and reading room.
