We had to switch rooms around three times because each one was extremely dirty, with dirty toilets, bed sheets, and towels. The AC was faulty and broken, and the fridge was leaking. The booking was under my husband's name, sometime in the first week of December. This is the worst apartment I've stayed in.
The room is small, like a typical Jakarta apartment, but it's fine for getting some rest. It's affordable and has lots of facilities within the area, including shops and laundry services, though it's not the best in every way.
Renting here is worth it.

At 350-500k a night on weekends, this is a bad deal. The apartment is small and ugly, with no balcony, and it's VERY DIRTY and SMELLS STRONGLY OF CIGARETTES. I've rented in different towers and units, and the bathroom floors were cracked all over in every one. That's dangerous. The sheets were dirty, and there was a lot of dirt in the apartment too. The nearby access is close to smelly, congested areas. I've rented many apartments in Jakarta at this price, and this is the worst. In West Jakarta, many cheaper ones are better. Not recommended.
