The rooftop is a nice spot for sunrise or sunset, and there’s a medium-sized pool, a playground, and two badminton courts. Parking can be a bit tough to find, though, and there’s only one basement level.

For a very affordable apartment in central Jakarta, this tower has quite a few conveniences: two badminton courts for children, a BRI ATM, fruit shop, laundry service, official apartment marketing office, café, office area, mushola, meeting room, and mini food court. The pool and playground are in the other towers.

There isn’t much parking space, so it feels easy to scratch your car.
