The restaurants here are good, but parking and security were disappointing. Sometimes they let you park beside the parking gate if you do “censored”; otherwise, they direct you to the building or basement, which smelled awful and was dirty. It’s a complex with apartments, a hotel, Starbuck, little sheep, and other restaurants. The service gets one star, and that’s only because of the restaurants.
The apartment is in a central, convenient spot, close to a mall and restaurants.
The rent is fairly affordable, around $300-400 per month. It’s a good place for either a short or long stay, right in central Jakarta and not far from the Presidential palace, Monas (National Monument), and Chinatown.
