There’s only one elevator working again at towers AA and AB in Casablanca East residence. The one that’s still running has been broken since before Idul Fitri 2024, nearly three months, and now another has stopped too. At this rate, we’ve only had full elevator service for about 2-3 months out of the past year. There’s no service to the basement either, so good luck moving in or out. Zero stars for this review. It hurts to write these reviews because I’ve lived here about six years and really love the apartments, but management doesn’t seem to care. The old management would fix things like this in a reasonable time. This lot, not so much. Now parking can’t be paid on Sundays, even though people are staffed in the TRO. Why can’t someone in the office collect the parking fee? I work six days a week and Sunday is my only day off. With this new system, I either have to be late for work to pay, or take a day off to do it. Both options are bad. Management, are you listening to customers? So marketing handles things and someone else manages us. Nice, nobody takes responsibility. I and everyone else in the building have complained to the TRO. All we get is “ma'af,” with no solution. Thanks. Carry on with zero stars.
This is a place to live in Jakarta’s suburbs, but parking is barely enough even for tenants. Come by public transport if you can. Otherwise, parking costs 4k per hour, plus 10-15k for valet. If you follow that advice, the visit can be a pleasure. The buildings are nice and new, and there are lots of tempting food options open 24/7. The rooms are small and split into four rooms. It felt a bit claustrophobic at first, but I think you get used to it over time.
This building is great. You can swim every day if you like, and each building has a swimming pool.
An inexpensive way to live in the city, though it isn’t very clean. It can also be hard to find an open parking spot for your vehicle.
I’d finish the toilets in Casa’s public area before carrying on with the rest of the building. Also, why is it so hard to get an internet signal here?
