The apartments are just so-so and don’t feel worth the price. I came to visit a friend who lives here, and the parking was poorly managed, much like at many other apartments in north Jakarta.

Looks like someone who’s really into Google Maps, lol. This listing is for selling and renting units in Grand Emerald. I think it may have been the first property agent business registered at this tower, because it showed up a lot even before Grand Emerald Apartement had a listing.
