Compact Studio At Tokyo Riverside Apartment

The service was awful. The power went out, and I had to call engineering to get it fixed. It took over an hour before the electricity came back. The lobby AC also kept turning off, and they changed the access cards without telling us, so we couldn't use the elevator. Terrible service, don't live here.

It's a great place to live, but the admin service needs work. Updating a vehicle's license plate took three hours. Why make us deal with building management instead of going straight to the parking department? The number of vehicles hadn't changed, so this should be a much simpler process. They need to work more efficiently and spend time on more useful tasks.

The room was filthy, especially the bathroom, and there was a red bloodstain on the pillow when I arrived. They blamed me for it and deducted 75K for cleaning. I've sent several messages about my deposit and still haven't got it back or received any reply. I've never had service this ridiculous. I absolutely wouldn't recommend renting here.

There are lots of shops around the complex, from mini markets and household stores to coffee shops, and the shared areas have plenty of seats. It's a handy place to meet people if you don't want them coming into your apartment. The complex has many towers and sits high up, so it seems basically free from flooding. It's breezy and not humid, and walking around there felt like breathing fresh air.
