For the price, this place was worth it, and I really loved the big, impressive lobby. I'd sometimes bring a book and read there, or sit by the pool. There was a food festival every two weeks, plus other events, which felt creative and homey. It's a small apartment with just two towers, near ITC Cipulir, Gandaria City Mall, Kebayoran Traditional Market, and public transport. My studio was fully furnished and cost 3.500.000 IDR a month on a three-month contract in 2019. The apartment was cheap, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and responsive. The gym is small, though, and when I got bored there wasn't much to do beyond the lobby or pool. The pool water wasn't really clean either. I'll miss living here.
The lobby looks nice, and there's a swimming pool. After so many years, the place was finally almost ready for people to move in. The earliest expected completion was April 2020. Units were listed as 25m2 studios, 30m2 one-bedrooms, and 60m2 two-bedrooms.
The security and reception staff were friendly and helped residents with what they needed. Management seems to be improving and can be flexible about people moving in and out, but there are lots of new faces and reception staff, and the rules aren't followed up with regular floor checks. What the signs in the elevators say doesn't always match what actually happens. Seeing an overdue tax sign right outside the building is embarrassing. The location is strategic despite the traffic, close to Gandaria City and the JORR highway exit, so the airport takes less than an hour to reach. Parking is a problem, though. Cars park on the main road, making it narrower and hard for two cars to pass. Parking doesn't seem to be provided in proportion to the number of tenants or limited. On weekends, people from outside the apartment mostly use the pool, and it isn't maintained well. You can see dirt on it and on the benches and sofas.
It's a good, well-located place to live, and the developer seems to maintain it well. Parking can be difficult because some residents keep two cars here. There's only a small area for motorcycles and bicycles.
The staff are friendly and helpful, and it's a nice building with pools, a small gym, a couple of stores, cafes, and an ATM. Just be aware that the mosque's call to prayer can be VERY loud depending on which side you're on, even on the 29th floor with every window shut.
