There are three main towers here: Alexandra, Bianca and Cassandra. It's in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, and feels cozy for living. The price isn't too high, and it could work for either living or investment. Cleaning and security services could be better, though. Parking is available for cars and bikes, and there's a hawker center nearby every night that gets pretty crowded.
You can cook in the apartment, so it's a nice option for a group of friends. The place is a bit dirty, and it's not especially cheap, but the price is okay. There are food options nearby, and driving to the center takes about 15 minutes when traffic is jammed.
Kemayoran, in Central Jakarta, is a nice location for this apartment. Mornings and afternoons are especially pleasant, though by evening and through midnight the area gets crowded and a little noisy.
Access has improved, and with the street vendors moved away the area looks cleaner. Management could add more plants, like around apt mdt boulevard, to make it less convenient for ojols and coffee sellers on two wheels. They often go the wrong way and park illegally, blocking the street.
The bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom are okay, but there's no WiFi. I saw a door poster with the WiFi code, though someone who stayed in the room before had ripped it off.
