The room was much better than I expected for the price. I paid about 230k, or around 190k after a Traveloka voucher, and found it clean and really comfortable. There was plenty of room to move, with a table, chair, wardrobe, and little shelves or partitions for bags and a laptop. The bed was comfortable enough, though the blanket was thin. The AC worked well, the bathroom was spotless, and the hot water was reliable. It even had a smart TV. Towels, new toothbrushes, shampoo, and soap were supplied, with the latter two in refill bottles. I stopped here because I was driving late and getting sleepy, and resting seemed safer than carrying on. The location was easy to find by house number and matched Google Maps, though there wasn't clear signage for lodging in the residential area. At first, the IDR 200k bank transfer deposit and the receptionist's rather police-like tone made me uneasy. I had missed the deposit note in the Traveloka description. They said it would be refunded an hour after checkout, but once I checked out and messaged the admin, it came back in about two minutes, which was great. The WiFi was so slow I had to use my phone hotspot for Netflix and YouTube. I also heard noticeable machine-like vibration and noise, maybe from nearby renovation, though I'm not sure of the source. Still, I was very satisfied and would probably stay again if I needed a place in West Jakarta.

The internet was slow in the room. It is clean, though, and being a little away from the main roads keeps the place quieter and more comfortable.

The lobby had a damp, cigarette-like smell, so maybe an air freshener would help. At night there was also loud chatter, though I couldn't tell whether it came from other guests or staff. The toilet sometimes made a blub-blub noise when someone in another room used theirs, and the sheet was clean but a little yellowed from use. Still, I liked the place overall. The room was decent and clean, and the heater worked well after taking a while to warm the water. It's handy for Puri Indah Mall and Lippo Mall Puri, with food stalls nearby, especially Bakso Ulung, plus supermarkets and a traditional market. Check-in was a bit of a hassle: the IDR 200K deposit had to be cashless, and there was a form to fill out for the refund. Happily, getting the deposit back didn't take long.

We had a pleasant stay at Cozy Puri, with a great location and very good value. The staff were nice, the room was clean and comfortable, the hot water stayed consistent, and the Wi-Fi was fast. After a few days, shower steam left things feeling damp because the bathroom didn't have an extraction fan. There is a window in the room that you can open, but a proper fan would have been nice.

The bed and pillows smelled, had visible stains, and the room was very dirty. There was no hot water either. When I asked to move rooms, staff said they'd already washed the bedding and tried to remove the stains, but they were still there. They also said every room was full, even though I saw three available on booking apps. If you can, look for another hotel.
