The facilities are complete, including a fitness center and swimming pool. A great place to stay.

I felt very safe living here for a year, and the environment was always clean. The place is comfortable and has a lot of facilities, including a pool, gym, children's play area, and large garden. The entrance security guard is helpful, and I like the staff who are enthusiastic, polite, and always greet people. The two female staff members didn't give me the same impression. They seemed to work according to their mood, sometimes greeting me and sometimes acting like they didn't care. Even when I was carrying a lot, neither helped. Please retrain them. Being nice and helpful is free, and it's part of the job. I have to say, though, the service and place are otherwise the best. Thank you.

On February 8th, at around 2 PM, I visited a family member, but they weren't there. We wanted to leave a package for them, and ELIZA, the receptionist, was very unprofessional. She couldn't communicate properly or help us get the package to the apartment tenant. She only said it wasn't guaranteed the tenant would receive it, and offered no other solution. I'm disappointed this is the service at a high-end apartment.

It's comfortable, quiet, and pretty luxurious compared with most places I've been here. On my first night, I slept better than I had in a couple of weeks trekking around Indonesia. The modern amenities are nice.
