I ended up paying twice for the same night because of an issue with my check-in date. I had already paid through Booking.com, but when I arrived there were rooms available and I calmly explained that I only needed one night and would leave the next day. They still made me pay again at the property to stay, on top of the inflated Booking price. The response was just “NO, NO, NO, SOP, SOP.” There was no flexibility or apparent effort to understand or solve the problem. Staff and support felt like they were repeating scripts, with zero empathy. Support only operates on WhatsApp until 5 PM, and Booking.com didn't clearly disclose that restriction. Check-in was poorly organized too. I waited around 15 minutes while they mentioned an electricity problem or something similar, without a proper explanation or apology. The place itself is acceptable, but the service was terrible. I don't recommend booking here, especially through Booking.com. One star. Avoid if you value your time, money, and sanity.

I slept so deeply here. The room was clean and comfy, with nice lighting, a hot shower, and a fresh towel. Even the coffee was so good, better than coffee shop coffee 😅. I'd stay again. The cabin was way too cold for me, though, and that's the one thing I'd change.

A communal work area, easy access to food and drinks, and a quiet-hours policy from 9 pm made it easy to focus and get proper rest. Check-in and room access use a high-tech app that's simple to operate. The staff were well trained, communicative, and welcoming, and even offered a Sip and Stay promotion with free coffee from the coffee shop. It's a simple but distinctive stay in a strategic location. The restroom and shower room were clean, and towels and basic toiletries were provided. For the price, the room, bed, and atmosphere are all good value. Recommended if you need to work and rest.

CRiB Kuningan, Bobobox's new property, has a fun feel thanks to all the interesting art around the place. There's a meeting room if you need to work, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I really liked the coffee and recommend trying the snacks too. The shared bathrooms were clean and had hot water. Car parking costs 25k per night. It was comfortable, and I'd definitely come back.
