The view was nice, and the bed was comfortable enough. I booked an Executive Room for the bathtub, and for the price I think it’s mostly worth it. Being right in Blok M makes it easy to wander around, with lots of viral spots within walking distance. The front desk team was helpful and gave useful information. The lift worked properly, and I liked how the bathroom floor drained: shower water cleared quickly instead of sitting in puddles. A few things bothered me. The bathroom only had a toothbrush and one hand soap, with no shower cap or comb. The AC didn’t cool the room evenly, and the TV in the Executive Room was too far from the bed for comfortable Netflix watching. There was only warm lighting, which I find hard to see by and tiring on my eyes. I’d say it’s 90% worth a stay, especially if you’re planning to explore Blok M.

Putri at breakfast made the experience especially pleasant. She was warm, attentive, and quick to help when guests needed something. The hotel itself was comfortable and good value, and the service was excellent. Special thanks to Putri, the waitress!

The water smelled bad, and I found a lipstick stain on the curtain. There was also a blood stain on the bed. When we went out for dinner and came back, our door wouldn’t open. We had to ask reception and try several times before it finally worked. Please wash the comforter and replace it after each checkout. This experience made me feel the hotel doesn’t care about hygiene.

I asked for a non-smoking room but got put on a smoking floor, and had to wait while they cleaned the room at the last minute. Then I found about 4-5 cockroaches in there. The dining area was kind of dirty too, and all the cutlery was dirty. Service was slow, and when our door got stuck it took a long time to fix. The area outside the hotel is always crowded with people.
