Diradja Hotel

The Junior Suite was roomy and comfortable, and the location worked well for us since it was close to our wedding venue. We chose the hotel for that convenience. The breakfast setup was unreliable. The omelet station wasn’t ready one morning, and the next day they told us to order from the kitchen. We ordered six for our group, but they still hadn’t been made by the time we finished eating. We also kept having to call for help because the electricity in our room went off at noon every day. The key card was only programmed for one day, even though we had booked several nights. And after requesting an extra bed when we arrived, we paid for one night, but staff kept chasing us about the second night’s charge during the stay. That could have waited until checkout. We might stay again if we have another event nearby, but otherwise I’d look for somewhere more organized and responsive.
