Kezia was especially helpful throughout our event, always responsive and thinking ahead to handle our requests. The meeting rooms were comfortable, well kept and set up just right for our activities. Its central location on Jl. Diponegoro also made getting there easy for everyone. We had a genuinely pleasant experience hosting our event at DoubleTree by Hilton Diponegoro, and would work with the team again. A welcoming, professional venue in central Jakarta.

The room was clean, comfortable and well cared for, and I really enjoyed the delicious, high quality food. The front desk team were accommodating and ready to help, while all the staff were friendly and professional. Pak Roy, the security officer, deserves a special mention for being so helpful and attentive during my stay. The warm hospitality made a real difference. I had a wonderful time at DoubleTree Jakarta and would recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, memorable stay.

We have no regrets about choosing this venue for our wedding. The day became one of the most memorable of our lives, and this place will always mean a lot to us. The venue was beautiful, the atmosphere warm, and the food was REALLY good. So many of our guests loved it too. The whole team was attentive and supportive through the planning and on our special day, especially Bu Yulia and Pak Septian, who helped make everything feel smooth and stress-free. We’d love to come back for a staycation someday and remember the best day of our life ❤️

Kezia deserves a shout-out for going above and beyond with thoughtful, accommodating service. The team were excellent too. We had a wonderful night and meeting here, with plenty of parking, numerous meeting rooms, several restaurants and cafes, and lots of smoking spots. The meeting room was a good size, with decent lighting. I’d recommend the place for informal stays as well as formal meetings.
