I didn’t expect five star service for the price, but basic cleanliness and working bathroom fixtures should be there. On check-in, my bed had stained sheets and loose hairs. Staff insisted they were clean and that all the beds were like that. They offered to show me other rooms, but both had dirty sheets too, and they said those were the only ones available. The sheets hadn’t just been washed badly, they hadn’t been changed. There were bed bugs in the bed as well. None of the toilet sinks worked. The pipes were disconnected, apparently in all the rooms, and one staff member showed me other rooms but couldn’t explain why, just said it was up to the owner. The shower and toilet were in the same cubicle, which I know can happen, but the floor was poorly built and water wouldn’t drain. The aircon was connected to a loose pipe in the bathroom that kept dripping, so the floor was always flooded and I had to push the water toward the drain with a brush. It felt like staying in a homeless shelter. Avoid this place at all cost!

THE MOST DISGUSTING PLACE I’VE EVER STAYED. MOLD IN THE BATHROOM, DIRTY BEDDING, AND NASTY WALLS AND FLOORS. THE WIFI WAS HORRIBLE TOO, AND THE LIST GOES ON. BACK HOME WE CALL THIS A CRACK HOTEL. THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY, BUT DON’T STAY HERE OR YOU’LL REGRET IT!

The hot water was off, and the amenities didn’t include drinking water or cleaning supplies. The towels were OUT OF REACH! 😌 At checkout, they pointed out a lipstick stain on the sheets. I’m a hotelier, so I know hotel SOPs and am familiar with this. Anyway, that was enough.
