We stayed over New Year's Eve, and the room was spacious with full amenities and kitchen equipment. We had a city view, but a big tree at the neighboring property blocked most of it. The overall atmosphere was nice, though we could always hear echoes from kids swimming at the indoor pool deck. The stove and microwave were both difficult to use, and some buttons didn't work. Since it's a serviced apartment, I expected a water dispenser rather than just two mineral waters.

I booked the 1-Bedroom Executive Suite for December 2023 without high expectations, but the room surprised me. It was spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The location is a little hidden, though still near the main street. Most of the time, Pondok Indah Mall was less than a five-minute ride away. I'd definitely keep this place on my shortlist for future stays nearby.

The kitchen tools were clean, and the room was nice and clean too. The facilities were very good. I couldn't find the kitchen hood switch, though, so cooking steak filled the room with smoke. Still, it was a good experience.

The staff were really friendly and nice, and I'd stay here again. We were here from 26 Dec to 2 Jan in a 1 bed room type, and the room was clean. There's no restaurant, so breakfast can only be ordered as food delivery, but you can cook in the room's small kitchen. There's also a washing room where you can do your own laundry.

I was planning to book for a full month, but they count a month as only 26 days. That's cheating, so I'd rather find another apartment with better management and honest service.
