The spacious room and kids’ facilities kept my toddler busy for a while, and the swimming pool was our favorite. We had a pleasant stay at Puri Casablanca, with Mr. Ezral welcoming us and Mrs. Cici coordinating the booking well. Many thanks to the operations team for their help.

A great choice for a long family stay. We spent 6D5N here and will definitely come back.

The rooms were in such bad condition that I couldn’t continue my planned two-night stay past the first night. For the price, this wasn’t worth the money. If I could, I’d give it less than one star. When I entered my room, I had to find my way through the dark because there was no key holder to turn on the lights. Once I reached the switch, I saw a cockroach climbing the wall right beside my hand. I’m terrified of bugs, so that was a major red flag. Someone with me killed it, but I still couldn’t settle, so I searched the room and found another cockroach, dead under the curtains. I went downstairs immediately to ask for a room change. Someone came with me to help and make sure the problem didn’t happen again. The second room had no cockroach, but it was very dirty and had small bugs and insects, so I had to move again. We changed rooms five times. All of them were very unclean and in bad shape, and three of the five had multiple cockroaches. I was given several explanations: “Because of the rainy season, the cockroaches came”; “Usually when this happen we call the pest control but it is night time and even if we do it now the cockroaches will say tomorrow”; and “You can stay in one of the room first then we’ll find you a suitable one tomorrow.” I said no and left the hotel after being promised a refund through the Agoda app. I still haven’t received it, because Agoda says it needs written approval from the hotel confirming a full refund. I don’t know where to go from here. If cleanliness matters to you, absolutely don’t stay here.

I booked a two-bedroom apartment through Traveloka and was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well maintained everything was, from the lobby and elevator to the corridors and apartment. The ACs were cold, the beds were comfortable, and the showers had good pressure. The security team and receptionists were friendly and helpful, and the shop downstairs was well stocked. It’s a five-minute walk to Kota Kasablanka. Traffic on jalan Casablanca can make it noisy at night.
