The location is worth it if you’re traveling and looking for viral places around blok M. Please change the bed sheets and pillows, though. They look old and stained.

I don’t usually review hotels, but this place was pretty bad. The room was shabby, with maintenance filters and bags scattered around when I arrived. The air conditioner leaked water onto the middle of the floor, and the Wi-Fi kept cutting out. The location was neither terrible nor great, and the price was okay, so I didn’t complain about those things. What really got me was the incompetent service. I paid 366,000 for laundry for 2kg of clothes. It was my mistake not to check the fees first, but whatever. The clothes came back still dirty. I showed the stains to the desk staff, and they offered to clean them again. By the next day the stains were gone, but they’d ruined my favorite shirt. It was blue striped before, and now it’s pink. It wasn’t a cheap shirt either. I’m very disappointed.

I stayed from the 27th to the 28th, and Lydia from FO was really helpful.

I won't book here again. During my three-night stay, I found blood on the sheets and the area under the bed hadn't been cleaned. Something bit me while I was sleeping, and it didn't seem like mosquito bites. The staff only gave me used mosquito ointment and didn't do anything else.
