Three or four guests arrived with app bookings but couldn't check in because the hotel said it was full. They keep accepting reservations through the app despite being full, and there was no clear explanation of the refund process. Guests were told to request the refund themselves through the app. It's crazy.

We were told to leave because the rooms were full, even though we'd booked through the application. The staff were unfriendly and offered no solution. I wouldn't stay here.

I only stayed here for transit. If I remember right, in 2022 the room was pretty dusty and the restroom wasn't great. Reception and hospitality were a 4/10. That's about it. Hope they improve everything soon.

Calling this a family hotel seems strange when children aren't allowed. They should just change the hotel name. I suspect this is a way to stop lots of people from getting refunds!

The room was dirty, there was no soap, shampoo, or mineral water, and I had to pay a deposit with no refund. The receptionist was unfriendly.
