We had a good time at the New Year BBQ, especially the squid and chicken satay. Lioenard also invited us to the New Year’s Eve karaoke, which was relaxed and fun, and a nice way to welcome the New Year. Thanks to the General Manager too for the warm hospitality that made us feel welcome. We stayed four days and three nights, booking a Standard Room and a Deluxe Room. Both were clean, comfortable, and well kept. The staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast was good, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. A pleasant stay, and we’d come back.

The breakfast had lots of choices and tasted good, and the staff were very friendly. I was very satisfied with my stay at Fave Hotel Glodok Jakarta. It’s in a convenient spot and the room was comfortable. I’ll stay again.

I stayed for two days and had an awful time. During the night I found a mouse in the room, reported it to staff, and was moved to another room. Cockroaches were crawling on both the floor and table as well. Other reviews mention this, but it doesn't seem to have been dealt with properly. Even if they’re removed, they keep coming back the next day. A low-cost hotel still needs to meet a basic standard. The hotel is on the 8th floor, which isn't wrong, but takes effort to reach. Please weigh the cost against the quality before choosing this place.

The hotel itself was good, but service fell short. No one helped with our luggage, even though staff were standing there. The food was average and could be better. Room service was very poor: cockroaches were in my mother’s room, and mine wasn't cleaned until I went down to ask for it myself.
