Hotel Feodora Grogol

The room was clean and everything was okay, but the price through OYO didn’t feel right. The towel looked dull, the Wi-Fi worked but had a weak connection, and the TV had only a few channels. It’s not the best hotel, and you can find better, though it’s fine for one night.

It’s very close to Trisakti Uni, Untar, Mall Ciputra, and Roxy square. The hotel is small, with spacious rooms and very nice service. The water heater worked well, the bed was okay, and at least the bed sheet was clean. Parking is limited, and the towel needs replacing. Tip: don’t use room 614, the air con isn’t cold. Room 612 is the best.

The location is okay, but they need to improve things like the water heater, TV channels, and Wi-Fi speed. I really didn’t like the smell. It’s as if they spray something to make it seem fresh, but it doesn’t.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, and the rooms were nice and comfortable. That part gets a 4.5 from me. My one real issue was the Wi-Fi. The signal was weak, I had to keep trying different ways to improve it, and even a Wi-Fi extender couldn’t pick it up. I struggled to do even simple things on my phone, which is frustrating when you rely on it for business and family contacts. Wi-Fi matters a lot these days, and it wouldn’t cost much to provide a decent signal. The lobby resto was decent, maybe a 3.5, though a little expensive. Thanks to all the staff, they get five stars!
