Living here has been frustrating. For two months, the boarding house was cleaned only once. When I asked for it to be cleaned again, the girl Telmi didn't understand and said she was waiting for it to be empty. She seems to want room cleaning to follow the boarding place's schedule instead of when the tenant needs it. A few times I asked, she said yes, but when I got home from work it was still dirty, then she said she couldn't do it that day. Hadeh, so complicated!!!!

Run away! The woman said she was no longer an OYO partner when we arrived at the hotel, even though we'd booked it. I showed her my reservation, but she said she didn't have it and asked me to get a refund, which was obviously impossible because the no-cancellation guarantee meant I'd been charged 100%. She also demanded more money. So she pocketed the Expedia bill and the direct bill? Great business strategy!

It costs a lot, but the facilities are broken. I've had the AC checked again and again, and nothing changes. Even with it set to 18, I'm still sweating. The water keeps getting shut off too. If a room has AC, it should work. Renting an AC room is supposed to be comfortable, but it's stuffy.

Even if you've paid for the whole weekend through Oyo, they still make you pay an extra fee and charge the offline price.

Don't use the OYO app. It's useless, and when you pick up the keys they'll ask you to pay for missing items.
