The AC was broken, I was covered in bedbug bites, and the staff were incapable, super unfriendly, and arrogant. The room was so moldy that even our shoes and bags got moldy. The owner had apparently hidden it all under fresh paint. Terrible, overpriced, and overrated. Probably all the good reviews are fake.
The manager was very nice, and the room had a balcony. For 350k a night in the central part of the city, it came with towels, a toothbrush, toothpaste, conditioner, and free Wi-Fi. But the reception closes at 23.00, and the mosque nearby gets very loud from 4 a.m. It was impossible to sleep.
The employees were quite nice, but the owner or manager wasn't. The room was already damaged when I moved in, with a nail on the wall. I stayed for more than a year, paid monthly on time, and never caused trouble. When I moved out, they held onto my deposit as long as they could and tried to use it to fix damage left by the previous tenant. A bad place. Never coming back, and I won't recommend it to anyone. Avoid.
The prices are pretty high, and housekeeping seemed lazy. The lift also needs an employee's fingerprint to operate, so you have to ask staff whenever you want to go upstairs.
The room was clean and really comfortable, with free WiFi. It's also close to the city center.
