There’s plenty nearby for getting around and eating, with public transport within walking distance, including the LRT, Transjakarta, and Commuter line. Tebet Eco Park and lots of food options are also close by. The facilities include a gym, sauna, swimming pool, laundry shop, three elevators, and one service elevator. The business area is easy to reach too. The downsides are that the place feels a bit old, parking is limited, and traffic from MT. Haryono can be noisy.

Not a fancy apartment, but it’s definitely comfortable. You’re near public transport, a park, and all the food around Tebet. Parking is a struggle, though the security team and staff are helpful.

The staff are friendly, and there are useful facilities like a pool, gym, and children’s playground. It’s near Tebet Ecopark and convenient for buses and the commuter line, with the LRT coming soon. Traffic on MT haryono is noisy and gets jammed, and it’s in an odd-even license plate area. Parking spaces are limited, elevator access can be unreliable, and they could install more security cameras.
