There were two queen beds in the room, and the air conditioning was cold enough. Those were the decent parts. The hotel didn’t provide an iron and charged per item, which is ridiculous. There were only two power sockets, water pressure was slow, and the cleanliness just wasn’t good.

We held a full day training for almost 100 people using the hotel’s meeting facilities, and the spacious room was comfortable and well prepared. The whole event went smoothly, so we could focus on the training without worrying about things. Staff were attentive, friendly, and quick to respond. Highly recommended for meetings or corporate events. Special thanks to Ms. Senni, Ms. Pri, and all the staff for their support and hospitality.

The food was tasty, and the staff were professional and friendly, especially Soleh. Housekeeping did miss cleaning our room for one day, though. Still, I had a good experience at the hotel and restaurant.

We found a roach in our room on the first day, and housekeeping also missed a day of cleaning, which was disappointing. The front desk team were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant staff were excellent. Mr. Soleh in particular made our stay memorable. Despite the issues, I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Grand Camera and had a good experience overall.
