The staff in the building were very friendly, and the location is convenient for traffic, with a busy market nearby. But the apartment building is quite old, and the guest walking and parking area downstairs often smells bad. My room on the 30th floor had a constant sewer smell too. It was really unpleasant. I was glad my stay was only one month, and I have no plans to return.

The staff came across as unprofessional. I don't mind them chatting with coworkers, but slacking off, laughing loudly, and swearing in the elevator isn't okay. Another time, a staff member was yelling into their phone in the elevator. Please renovate the elevators and buildings.

Great location and a good price for event staff and people attending events.

As my brother said, this was the worst experience ever. After a long time traveling, we found out the hotel room had been canceled without any notice or refund. The receptionist showed no interest in helping. I usually wouldn't leave a negative rating because mistakes happen, but customers shouldn't be treated this way. If you need a reliable hotel that won't cancel your booking without telling you or refunding you, don't come here.
