We stayed two nights on the 10th floor in January 2026, with our teenager. The classic apartment had two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and a dryer and balcony space. It was spacious and suited our family staycation well. We were happy there and would consider it for future staycations. There are three shopping centres within walking distance, plus hawker restaurants and a grocery store behind the hotel. The gym is decent, and there are table tennis, a pool, tennis court, and basketball/futsal court. The internet was the one minor issue. The best connection was in the reception area.

The staff are always smiling, friendly, and really accommodating. Their uniforms look fantastic too. The location is convenient, with a mall nearby and a little mart in the lobby for essentials. It’s easy to relax and have a good vacation here without worrying about anything 🤍

I only stopped here to charge my EV. The service was good, and PLN Mobile was ultra fast. There are only two stations, but charging is super fast. A useful spot in a strategic location.

We were treated like thieves over towels. Check-in was at 3 pm, but although we arrived at 4, we didn’t get a room until 6. Our booking clearly requested twin beds. They’d given us one towel, and when we asked for two more in the morning, staff insisted they had put three in the room. I asked them to come check, but they didn’t. I called twice, still no one came, so I went down to the lobby. Ms. Geeta at reception was very rude and refused to admit the mistake, treating us like we were taking the towels home. After a lot of arguing, someone finally checked and found only one towel. The other two arrived 10-15 minutes later. The property was very old. There was no stove for cooking, although the booking page clearly said there was kitchenware and a kitchenette. Staff had no experience, especially Ms. Geeta at reception and their senior manager.

The location made it easy to get to nearby places, and I had a pleasant stay. My room was comfortable and clean, with a bit of vintage charm that gave it a unique feel. I really enjoyed staying here.
