There’s a great view, and the area is handy for just about anything, with shops, pharmacies, and a grand mall nearby. The crew are nice, though they weren’t very helpful. The big issue is the smell from the central ventilation. It spreads through the building and into the condo whenever the AC or vents are on. I’d keep a stay to 1-2 days at most. Longer could be unbearable, in my opinion, unless you get used to it. Residents do have a pool and gym.

There’s plenty of space here, plus a sea view and fresh air. It feels like a premium place to live, with an environment that isn’t too crowded. Seems like a nice spot for any generation, and somewhere worth checking out.

There’s lots of parking on levels 10-12, and the units are laid out for views of the sea, city, pools, or garden. Credit to the project architect for that. The four towers link up around public spaces, including two large swimming pools and a garden. The two tower condos are also very well maintained. Big 👍 to the maintenance and service team.

A sea-view room on the top floor is amazing at night. It’s a nice room for a solo stay, and feels romantic for a couple.

The community is good, and everything you need is easy to get to. The units are pretty decent, though there are a few bug problems. It’s okay overall.
