Great Choice and Strategic 1BR Apartment at Thamrin Residence

The engineering staff are pretty responsive if you speak to them directly on P2, instead of going through the management office. The office staff are the worst part, though. Getting anything done can mean going back and forth, sometimes for several days. Some security guards are nice, while others are jerks. I also suspect some “powerful” people have side hustle pets living in the complex, and security can’t really stop them. We won’t rent here again.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, with the basic things I needed, and the staff were helpful and responsive. Security was good too. It’s right in the city center, with malls, restaurants, and public transport close by. A convenient, comfortable stay, whether you’re here briefly or for longer. Highly recommended.

I especially liked the rooftop pool and gym, both with stunning views over the city. The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything I needed to be comfortable. Staff were friendly and made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. Thamrin Residence is right in the heart of Jakarta, close to malls, restaurants, and public transport. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it if you want a convenient, enjoyable place in Jakarta.

It’s in the heart of Jakarta, close to several malls, so picking up daily essentials and other supplies is easy. One of the best apartments for service and location.
