格利亚瑞佳托公寓(Griya Regato)

I was furious when I was told to move next door to Regato Suites, which they said had the same owner as Banuwa Coliving. The rates there were different and much cheaper, and I didn't agree to the switch. The receptionist said Regato was a new building, but the HOTEL was in poor condition. I had to move my parking space too. I had booked one night at Banuwa Coliving through the a****da app and already had confirmation from the hotel. When I arrived at 8 PM, the woman on duty said the rooms were full. She said she couldn't see the app booking, only the boss could, and blamed it on someone suddenly extending their stay that night. If a client extends, am I supposed to move? That makes no sense. The problems in the room were ridiculous: no trash can, no liquid soap in a deluxe room costing 400,000, lots of hair, a leaking AC, musty towels, slow Wi-Fi on the second floor, and lots of bed bugs or mites. The soap situation is worse than at red d******. I'm confused, but apparently this has happened to me before. Just check the comments below. Management is VERY POOR. The receptionist only stared blankly and couldn't offer a solution. ABSOLUTELY UGLY AND DISAPPOINTING. I WILL NEVER EVER COME HERE AGAIN.

Regato makes a nice spot for some me-time and a relaxing getaway without going far, since it's still in South Jakarta. The atmosphere feels like a villa, with a mix of hotels. The room I stayed in yesterday was nice too, with a balcony view.

I stayed there yesterday, and it was odd for a hotel not to provide bath towels, brushes, or toothpaste. I asked about it, but they politely brushed me off. The AC wasn't cold either.

The room, blanket, and pillows were clean enough, and there's a balcony. The place itself is comfortable and quiet, away from noise. The bathroom was the downside. It was a little dirty, with a puddle behind the toilet that smelled a bit like urine. The shower screen was in rough shape, there was a small cockroach, and the sink was crusty. Really gross.
