Hariston Hotel & Suites

Getting a taxi or private hire car took time because of traffic around the area, though the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good range, but the noodles were salty and I wouldn't recommend the porridge. The rooms were comfortable and had the basic amenities, but there were mosquitoes in both the rooms and lobby. There also wasn't a floor towel.

A clean room and bedding, though I did find some mold in the bathroom, and the air conditioning didn't work well. It works for an affordable weekend stay, but I wouldn't stay longer.

The service was nice, and breakfast was fresh. It's a great place to stay if you want to be near the city's shopping centers. I just hope the traffic improves soon.

The location in Pluit is handy for malls and food, though traffic gets busy at peak times. In light traffic, the airport is about 30 minutes away. I found the hotel clean and well maintained, even if it's a bit dated. My room was roomy and tidy, with a comfortable bed and strong air conditioning. The furnishings were older, but everything worked, and the shower had the best water pressure I've had in a hotel. Breakfast was basic and didn't have much variety. Wi-Fi was reliable, and there was a rooftop pool, a small gym, and room service. The staff were friendly, though their English was limited. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. It's an affordable, comfortable stay in North Jakarta, with decent service and good value, even if it's not modern.
