Being inside a mall made it easy to get food, shop, and pick up essentials. The location is especially handy if you're going to a concert or event at the nearby stadium. Breakfast had good variety and taste, and felt worth the price. Check-in and checkout were very fast. The room was smaller and less appealing than the pictures suggested. The hot water was mostly lukewarm or cold. The slippers were ordinary outdoor ones, not proper room slippers, and finding a cockroach in the bathroom was disappointing.

We held an event here, and the service was great. Mbak Tri did a great job helping us with the rooms, and all the staff were helpful whenever we asked for assistance. The food was great too, and it was all good value.

I wasn't staying here. On Sunday afternoon, after meeting some acquaintances around Hutan Kota, we stopped at FX Sudirman for food and drinks. We went to the food court on F5, where I spotted Harris's stall with coffee, tea, and cakes. I got a croissant and a cup of unsweetened cold chamomile tea. Mas Hanif made the tea, and Mbak Zahwa was behind the cake display. Mas Hanif was welcoming and warm. It was a nice experience.

Bed bugs. Don't stay here. I woke up with bites all over my body, and when I told the manager that morning, she said they couldn't reimburse me because I hadn't told her soon enough. I reported it as soon as I saw the bites. The room wasn't clean, there was hair on the floor, mold all over the shower, and stains on the sheets. The room door looked like it came from a construction site, and the whole room needs repainting and cleaning. I don't know how this place has a four-star rating.

The room was comfortable and clean, with complete amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful from the moment I checked in, and Citra was especially helpful. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back 😍
