We reported neighbors making noise late at night while playing with her kids, but customer service didn't do anything. The security and customer service are shit.

I love how the room is decorated, though the parking was awful. Actually, don't bring your own car here.

The two entrances aren't linked, so keep that in mind if you're coming by vehicle. One is for Grand Emerald tower, the more elite residences, and the other serves the remaining five towers for middle to lower classes.

There’s a food court with plenty of good choices, but after living here for a year I have to give it one star. I kept finding lots of tiny cockroaches everywhere. It was frustrating trying to get rid of them, only to have them keep coming back.
