Residents are only permitted to use one of the building’s two elevators. That cuts off practical access to home for people who can’t manage the stairs, including elderly residents, pregnant women, sick people, and anyone above the fifth floor. What happens if someone needs to reach a hospital in the middle of the night and the one allowed elevator doesn’t arrive in time? This feels like a serious safety violation and should be illegal. Building management should be held accountable, and if a resident is harmed by this policy, I hope they pursue every legal option. Absolutely unacceptable.

I spent the weekend here and found it quite nice. The location is strategic, close to Jl satrio, Mall Kuningan City, and Rasuna.

The rooftop view at Ambassade residences is the best 🎉🎉🎉🎉🤩

Only the security staff seem to be doing their jobs. I can’t tell what management does day to day. There are just three working elevators, and only one serves my floor, but nobody seems to care or try to fix anything. I definitely won’t renew my contract here.
