For a budget guest house, it’s decent enough, though there are both good and bad points. Getting around is easy, with public transport and a store nearby, and the internet is fast. The room was clean and had a water heater. The blanket is short and thin, so it won’t suit someone over 180 cm. Air circulation was poor too.

I’ve been living at Homey Residence for around 4.5 years, and it’s come to feel like a second home. The place is cozy and nice, and the location is very strategic. Pak Henri has also been a kind and helpful landlord 😄

The owner and worker were really friendly and helpful. Homey Residence is cozy and clean, and there’s a shopping mall nearby. A very recommended place to stay 😊👍

The area is quiet, and the management is friendly. I stayed here for almost 3 months, and the location is strategic.

For an affordable price, you get a clean room, complete facilities, and a safe environment. This is the best kost I’ve found so far, and very worth it.
