We were really disappointed by how the staff handled our meal. We paid for seven people, but they gave us just two tables and a really small one. We had to point out that the table space wasn't enough, and the staff didn't take the initiative. The dining spot they assigned was so uncomfortable, right in front of the lift and beside the receptionist desk. We agreed to move out, but were told the room was full. The whole thing made us and my colleagues sad, and the place they sat us was horrible. I have two photos attached in case you don't believe it. I wanted to give an honest review and feel emphatic about asking them to improve, but I can't get past how disappointed I am. Thanks for the offer, but I won't book here again.

The service was good, and the location is great for local street food. Cleanliness was moderate. The rooms aren't soundproof, so we heard other guests, motorcycles, and people singing and talking. There was also a bad smell from smoking in the rooms and walkway. I wouldn't say this hotel is suitable for kids.

There were lots of meal choices: smoky fried kwetiau, fried chicken with chili that was a bit dry, crackers, chicken soup, stir-fried tempe green bean, fried fish, salak or snake fruit, orange jelly pudding, es buah, orange juice, and cold infused water. The lobby and first-floor toilet had a nice atmosphere, and the staff responded quickly and replaced a plate. I appreciated that. Parking was available but limited, and the hotel is on a strategic main road. The meeting room was affordable and came with a speaker and projector, but please keep the utensils hygienic.

This hotel works really well if you're looking for an economical stay, especially with shopping for accessories and groceries, plus restaurants, close by. The rooms are great and service is prompt and impeccable. If you're expecting five-star luxury on a budget, look elsewhere. For this price, I highly recommend it. 👌
