I like the cold AC, and the evening coffee with live music felt nostalgic. They provided two bottles of water on the first day, plus Dove soap and towels. There was no toothpaste or toothbrush, though, so bring your own supplies. I also found a cockroach, so watch out. The place has an old-fashioned Indonesian hotel feel. I stayed in 2014, when the hotel was different and the cafeteria was bigger, and it seems like it could use some renovation now. I booked two nights online at a discounted rate, but they initially refused to give me a room. When they eventually did, the TV didn't work because the antenna cable was cut. The toilet had no basin, and there was no hot water. It's also a long way from Indomaret and Alfamart. I booked this as a quiet place to get some private time.

The room price seemed reasonable, and so did the room itself, but the facilities are old. I sometimes found a dirty sheet or quilt. At that rate, I just had to put up with it. Food was a letdown. Even though the hotel is on a main road into and out of central Jakarta, there aren't good restaurants nearby. Eat elsewhere before coming back, or you'll spend more money on bad food at the hotel restaurant. I had that experience several times. Breakfast is Indonesian style, which I didn't like. I usually just had coffee or juice and some fruit. Coming from a country with lots of good food, I found those breakfasts pretty depressing. The lobby and exterior look okay, but the main road gets jammed at rush hour.

Nothing special, just okay. The bed is big, and a twin-bed room can fit four people. Seems fine for a short stay of 1-3 days.

The free breakfast is just tea, coffee, and bread. The pillows are hard, which made it tough to sleep, and the staff seemed too lazy to work. The service was really bad.

I was very disappointed. The room was hot because the AC didn't cool it, there were lots of cockroaches, and the water was black. There's also another bathroom with no key. For such poor facilities, the price is way too high.
