Hotel Dafam Enkadeli Thamrin Jakarta

The calm atmosphere stood out as soon as I arrived: it smelled pleasant, and the Al-Quran recitation added a peaceful feel. Staff were kind and helpful, and the location was fine. The toilet needs attention, though. Water lingers on the slippery floor, and little black worms show up in the damp spots. The AC also needs servicing since it wasn’t cold at all. At breakfast, the smoking-area door should stay shut, or the smoke still drifts in and the separate area doesn’t help.

The staff were so helpful, and the service was excellent. I really liked the Syariah concept, with Shalawat giving the place a calm, spiritual atmosphere. A great choice if you're after a peaceful stay in Central Jakarta.

Mbak Nurul here. I extended my stay for three people, and the hotel provided three of everything. The room was spacious, and the stay from 7-8 February 2026 was great. Very syariah compliant!!

I ended my stay early after all the problems. The bathroom door locked twice, and I had to call reception to get it fixed. When my son got sick and threw up on the blanket, I was charged 100k for cleaning. I travel a lot and had never dealt with anything like this, so I checked out sooner than planned. The staff were good and the location was okay, but the hotel needs to be rebuilt. The walls were dirty, and the sheets and pillows were torn. Breakfast options were limited and mostly local food. They said they had no spare blankets because they were fully booked, and wanted 25k per night for each extra pillow.
