The reception staff were worth one star, and the location is not far from tourist places. But the rooms looked nothing like the pictures. They were dirty, with hair and paper on the bed, and it felt like there were no cleaning staff. There was no waste basket, the toilet had no cover and needed repair, and the bathroom ceiling had a hole. The hand wash and towels were dirty, and many tools were missing. The internet was out, the AC ran slowly and sometimes turned itself off, and the room smelled bad. Even the elevator was dirty. Why not clean, provide the missing things, and repair what needs fixing? Don’t deceive people.

The staff were friendly, but housekeeping needs a lot of work. The towels, bed sheets, and floors were dirty, and the toilet was broken and wouldn’t flush. You can find much better hotels for the same price.

The staff walked into the room with their shoes on, with no regard for cleanliness. The room was dirty and smelled of cigarettes, the pillows were yellow and black, and the toilet was tiny. For the price, it wasn’t worth it. The place felt half dead, and I wouldn’t recommend it to families or anyone staying long.

The room needs freshening up, and the lamp needs changing before anyone goes in. There were blood stains on the bed cover, the pillow smelled bad, there was no hot water, and the toilet was broken. It looks like they don’t take care of the rooms regularly. So dirty.
