The hotel and its staff were very nice, and breakfast was great. Checkout was a different story. It took us 30 minutes to get down from the 17th floor because every elevator was full. We tried going up first, but the lift stopped at nearly every floor on the way to 40, then did the same on the way down to the lobby. The elevator system needs a lot of improvement. It could be especially difficult for someone claustrophobic, since people got tired of waiting and crammed into the lifts.

Breakfast had a big, tasty selection, including fresh salmon sashimi cut in thick slices. The hotel also has a large pool, spa facilities, a fully equipped gym and several restaurants for dinner. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the service feels professional. A 5-star luxury hotel.

A flat tire in the Hotel Mulia parking area could have made for a stressful experience, but the staff came over right away and helped until it was sorted out. Mr. Dodi, Mr. Junawan, and Mr. Edy were especially kind and supportive, without expecting anything in return. Their help made things much easier, and showed the hospitality this hotel is known for. I’m very satisfied with my experience and hope the hotel recognizes their excellent service. Thank you!

Mulia senayan is the place our family looks forward to staying at each year, and our first choice whenever we’re in Jakarta. The Cafe breakfast is amazing, and we love love love Table8, best one in town! We hope to come back and stay longer sometime in 2026, and make more beautiful memories. God bless you all 🙏🏼 Since 2023 through 2025, the staff have made every visit and occasion unforgettable. We’ve stayed at other 5 stars hotels in many places, but nothing else has left us in awe day after day. The service is top notch, with so much care and personal attention. They notice little things, like where we leave our water bottle, how we make up the beds, and where we put our towel. We feel heard and seen. The decorations and activities are thoughtfully done, the music is lovely, and each staff member treats us like family. We also see them looking out for each other, which is wonderful to witness. I hope everyone who has helped and entertained us stays happy and keeps showing guests how special this hotel is. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
