Why list the hotel in a travel app if the payment there doesn't match? I paid through the app, tax included, then arrived and was asked to pay a reduction based on the normal price for checking in without the app. I had booked a deluxe room but got a standard one. That's terrible.

Find another hotel. The price didn't match the app, and when I arrived I had to pay another 35k plus a 100k deposit. Better to look for red doors instead. The room was dirty and noisy.

They asked for extra fees beyond the Traveloka app charge and the deposit. The toilet floor was slippery, and the flush didn't work properly. The dim parking lot also made theft seem more likely.

The route to the hotel is hard to see, though the parking feels fairly safe. The rooms are okay, but the quality is truly star-level 🌟, so I can't recommend it. Most people checking in seem to be there for just a few hours to connect. A longer stay isn't advisable, since road construction and passing traffic make it noisy.
