Hotel O near RS Fatmawati formerly White House

I ended up stopping here to rest because traffic on my way home was so bad. It was comfortable and clean, and the service was really good too. The comfort made up for how tired I was, and I'm glad I came. Thanks 🤩👍

A really messy experience. I had a two-night booking, but when I tried to check in there was no receptionist at the desk. There was only a notice telling guests to contact Agoda, Oyo, or customer service. I did contact them, but they only gave me the owner's number, and that was unclear. Residents told me the guard hadn't been around since the day before. It was bizarre, and I couldn't get any response when trying to reach them. If the hotel isn't operating, they should close bookings in the app. This felt like a scam, and my booking money was wasted.

They told me they no longer work with Agoda, even though I'd already booked and gotten confirmation in the app. At the property, they said they hadn't received anything from Agoda. I called the number in front of me and got Oyo Headquarters, and they wanted to give me a refund. It was late, and I'd come there to rest, but I couldn't check in. I think that was irresponsible. They should have offered a room at another branch or a different room instead of just a refund. They said it would take only 24 hours for the refund to be confirmed, but I'm not sure when the money will actually come through. The management treated potential guests inhumanely by leaving us in that situation. At least there should be a refund option in the app, but my booking showed as non-refundable.

Worst hotel, terrible hostel! There was no receptionist, and the phone number wasn't listed or active. Please refund my money immediately!!!
