I cancelled because the facilities and cleanliness were poor, and the hotel didn’t match its online photos. The room itself was acceptable, but the bathroom was in such bad shape that it was unusable. The dark entrance felt uncomfortable. Staff were polite and respectful, but they weren’t in uniforms and were barefoot, which came across as unprofessional. It was a disappointing experience.

Easy to get around from here: it’s right in front of the MRT station and the location is strategic. The rooms are spacious, clean, and neat, and there’s a lift. Parking is also large and free.

I felt trapped by a hidden cost, and the room wasn’t as nice as the photos on the travel platform. The one good thing is that it’s close to the MRT Station.

I booked two nights but left after just one. The reviews were good, but the reality was bad, and I felt scammed. The hotel name has changed to maven, and it looked sketchy, with very little lighting and poor maintenance. The staff didn’t seem like professional hotel staff, and the pillowcases, pillows, and sheet were dirty. I don’t recommend staying here.
