We booked the junior suite, which gave us more room with our two small kids. The hotel was decent and clean enough, and the breakfast had plenty of choices, including options for western tastes. The room had no view, though. Its two windows faced a corridor, which was disappointing. The bathroom sink didn't drain well, but staff fixed it right away when we reported it. Overall, the service was very good.

There are several places to eat in the area, and the hotel food is good too. The hotel is in Mahaka Square, which used to be a busy shopping center but apparently isn't anymore. It's also close to Mal Artha Gading and Mal Kelapa Gading. A good option if you're staying around Kelapa Gading, with convenient rooms, a good location, and great value for the price.

The service at Santika Kelapa Gading really stood out. The staff were warm and professional, and Randy and Putri deserve special appreciation for their kindness and attention to detail. They went the extra mile and made a real difference. It's rare to find such sincere, easygoing hospitality, and the visit was memorable.

The location worked really well for us, with the mall and businesses around Kelapa Gading easy to get to, and there was enough parking. It's a 3 star hotel managed by Santika, and our family stay went smoothly. The one uncomfortable moment was at breakfast, when a male staff member was working around the restaurant with a cough and no mask. Apart from that, things were good, and I'd happily give it 5 stars.

The staff sorted things out quickly when we first had to switch rooms because the bathroom smelled unpleasant. After that, our stay was decent.
