Hotel Senen Indah by Oyo Rooms

I stayed overnight to catch a morning train, and being close to Station Pasar Senen made Hotel Senen Indah a convenient choice. You do hear trains and station announcements frequently, but that didn't bother me. For a 2 starred hotel, the service was good, the room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was good too. It's a syariah hotel. I'd stay again.

The employees were kind and friendly, especially the securities, who were very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and fairly large, with a clean bathroom that wasn't too cramped. The water was clean, circulation was fine, and the hot water worked properly. Breakfast was free, check-in was available 24 hours, and the price was affordable. The hotel is behind Pasar Senen train station, but getting there by bajaj, taxi, or online transportation is a good idea since you have to go around the station and it's quite far. I was very satisfied with my booking and would book again if I have business in Jakarta.

The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel is near Senen railway station. Just be aware that the optional breakfast isn't the great-value buffet it used to be. In the bathroom there was no hot water or toilet paper, and there was basically no window. Also, don't try booking through the Oyo website, which will place you in a nearby but much worse property.

The location behind the train station was good, and both the staff and manager were great. But the room was dirty, with hair in the bed and bedroom. Please look at the attached photo 😡
