At Serasi hotel, I stayed for three days and found the service very poor. The sign says WiFi is free, but it doesn’t work inside the room, so you have to sit in the second floor lobby to use it. If you go into the room, the worker wants a tip.

The location works well for the airport, but the toilet was broken and the room was very small. There was only a cold shower, and WiFi was available in the lobby but not the room. When I asked to switch rooms, they laughed and said no. Without paying for a taxi, it’s cheaper to stay at a hotel or capsule at the airport. I won’t be coming back.

I had a really poor stay here. The service wasn't good, especially for what they charge.

The prices and amenities are both way out of line, and mosquitoes are everywhere. I wouldn't recommend staying here. It barely feels like a hotel.

I couldn't get any sleep because the bed was in such bad shape. The pillows looked like they'd come from a junkyard. This was the worst place I've ever stayed, so I'd tell anyone planning to check in to find somewhere else.
