My stay in room 230 was comfortable, and the hotel itself is quite nice, but two things really interrupted it. At 2:00 AM I got a wake-up call I hadn't asked for, which was very disturbing. Then housekeeping knocked at 9:00 AM to ask if I wanted the room cleaned, even though I was only there for one night. They also asked about extending my stay, which I don't think is their responsibility. It felt like a serious failure to follow standard procedures and respect guest privacy. I still wonder whether the front desk entered the wrong room number. I can't work out how this happened. The poor coordination left the experience below my expectations. I hope management takes the feedback seriously and improves guest service.

For my first time in Jakarta, it was a fairly good experience. Most of the staff were friendly. One receptionist wasn't helpful when I asked how to get food delivery. She sent me to the basement, which was quiet and creepy, with no signs showing which door to use or where delivery went. When I came back to ask, she sighed and looked annoyed, then told security to guide me. I learned that from the lift I needed to turn left, and the door there wasn't locked. The room had good water pressure and AC, but the pillows were too flat. It was dark at night, and maybe during the day too, because the room had only a few lights and the curtain was sheer with a blackout curtain. They provided only one card, which was inconvenient, and the Wi-Fi wasn't very strong. I wish the TV were a smart TV instead of a regular one. I booked for two nights.

The food and service were excellent, and the room was comfortable. The lights flickered a little, which was distracting. One of the male receptionists knows sign language, which was very helpful for Deaf guests. I had a pleasant stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and nice. It's a bit worn, but everything worked as it should. Since Indonesia is a coffee country, I expected better morning coffee. Let's just say it could use some improvement.
